زیپ لوسین (انگلیسی: Leucine zipper) یا قیچی لوسین[1] (انگلیسی: Leucine scissors) یک موتیف ساختاری سهبعدی و رایج در پروتئینهاست که نخستین بار در سال ۱۹۸۸ میلادی توسط لاندشولتس و همکاران توصیف شد.[2]
زیپ لوسین یک دومین دایمریزهکنندهٔ bZIP در فاکتور رونویسییوکاریوتهاست.[3] دومین bZIP بین ۶۰ تا ۸۰ اسید آمینه، یک ناحیه شدیداً حفاظتشدهٔ متصلشونده به دیانای و یک ناحیه دایمریزهکنندهٔ زیپ لوسین دارد.[4]
