بازدارنده رگزایی ۱ مختص به مغز (انگلیسی: Brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor 1) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «BAI1» کُدگذاری میشود.[4][5]

این گیرنده یکی از اعضای خانوادهٔ بزرگ «گیرندههای جفتشونده با پروتئین جی، ویژهٔ چسبندگی» است.[6]
این پروتئین دستکم یک محل فعال برای چسبندگی پی۵۳ دارد و سرکوبکنندهٔ رشد گلیوبلاستوما است.[5]
