Urrats edo pausoa ia herri guztiek erabili ohi duten antzinako luzera-unitatea da, oinez ibilita ohiko pauso bat (0,75 metro gutxi gorabehera) edo oin berera itzultzen den pauso edo urrats bikoitza (1,5 metro).
Beste neurketa tradizional batzuk bezala, urratsa luzera-unitate informal gisa hasi zen, baina gero estandarizatu egin zen, sarritan martxa azkarreko edo militarren ohiko pausoaren arabera ezarritako luzera espezifikoarekin.
Antzinako erromatarren pausoa (latinez: passus) oinkada oso baten distantzia zen, oin bakoitzeko bat. Marko Vipsanio Agriparen garaian, bi urratseko distantzia gisa estandarizatu zen (gradūs) edo bost oin erromatar (pedes), gutxi gorabehera 1,48 metro. Mila urratsen izena mille passus edo passuum zen, orain milia erromatar gisa ezagutzen dena.
Bizantziar urratsa (grekoz: βήμα, bḗma) erromatarren urratsaren egokitzapena izan zen, 2½ oin greko distantzia. Urrats bikoitza (βῆμα διπλοῦν, bḗma diploûn), berriz, unitate erromatarraren antzekoa izan zen, 5 oin greko dituena.
