Valentin Ferdinandovitš Asmus (vene keeles Валентин Фердинандович Асмус; 18. detsember / 30. detsember 1894 Kiiev – 4. juuni 1975 Moskva) oli vene filosoof ja loogik. Tuntud eelkõige Immanuel Kanti spetsialistina.
Ta lõpetas Kiievi ülikooli 1919. aastal.
1927 kolis Moskvasse. Aastatel 1942–1972 oli professor Moskva ülikoolis.
