Cempi mõis (saksa keeles Zempen, läti keeles Cempu muiža) oli rüütlimõis Liivimaal Valga kreisis Trikāta kihelkonnas. Tänapäevase haldusjaotuse järgi asub mõisasüda Lätis Valmiera piirkonnas Brenguļi vallas Cempmuiža külas.
Keisrinna Anna Ivanovna andis selle mõisa aastal 1737 koos Kauguri mõisaga Burchard Christoph von Münnichile. Seejärel oli mõis sisuliselt Kauguri kõrvalmõis, kuni Alexander Mengden aastal 1861 selle 57 000 rubla eest Victor von Transehele müüs. Sellest saati kuulus mõis Jaunbrenguļi mõisa omanikele.[1]
Bienenstammi andmetel oli mõisa suurus aastal 1816 viis adramaad, sellele allus 80 mees- ja 97 naishinge.[2] Aastal 1688 oli mõisa suurus viis adramaad. Aastal 1734 oli mõisal 3 ja 5/8 adramaad, aastal 1758 aga viis adramaad. Aastal 1823 oli mõisa suurus 4 ja 3/10 adramaad.[3] Aastal 1832 oli mõisal adramaid 4 ja 3/10, aastal 1881 oli neid aga 1 ja 48/80, lisaks allus mõisale 4 ja 27/80 adramaad mõisale kuuluvate talude valduses.[4]
