Astypálaia (kreeka Αστυπάλαια) on saar Egeuse meres, üks Lõuna-Sporaadidest. Pindala 97 ruutkilomeetrit. Saar on künklik, kõrgus kuni 506 m. Kuulub Kreekale. Elanike arv on 1238 (2001).
