Trieste laht on laht Vahemeres Aadria mere põhjaosas, osa Venezia lahest.
Laht tungib 40 km kaugusele maismaasse, laius suudmes on 35 km. Lahe pindala on umbes 550 km² ja sügavus kuni 37 m, keskmine sügavus 16 m.
