E40 on E-tee. E40 algab põhja-Prantsusmaal Calais' linnast, kulgeb läbi kümne riigi ning lõpeb Kasahstanis Ridderi linnas.
Tee on üle 8000 kilomeetri pikk, olles sellega pikim E-tee.
