FISAIC estas Internacia Federacio de la Artaj kaj Intelektaj Fervojistaj Asocioj, do federacio de asocijo de fervojistoj. Ĝi estis kreita en 1952. En FISAIC membriĝis la esperantista federacio IFEF.
