Jakubovany (hungare Magyarjakabfalva [madjarjakabfalva], germane Ungarischjakobsdorf) estas vilaĝo kaj municipo en Slovakio. La historia slovaka loknomo estis Uherské Jakubovany.

Jakubovany situas laŭ rojo, laŭ flankovojoj. Sabinov troviĝas je 3 km.
La unua mencio okazis pri la vilaĝo en 1314 en latina formo "terra Jaboci". La hungara formo "Jacapfolua" (=Jakobo-vilaĝo) aperis en 1366. En 1427 29 familioj pagis impostojn. En 1787 553 vilaĝanoj loĝis en 70 domoj, en 1828 535 vilaĝanoj en 70 domoj. En 1910 laŭ la popolnombrado vivis en Magyarjakabfalva 486 homoj, (plejparte slovakoj). Ĝis Traktato de Trianon la komunumo apartenis al Hungara reĝlando, al Sáros, al distrikto de Sabinov, poste al Ĉeĥoslovaka respubliko, dum la 2-a mondmilito kaj ekde 1993 al Slovakio. En 2001 vivis en Jakubovany 151 homoj, (ĉiuj slovakoj).
