Plumbo havas kvar stabilajn izotopojn 204Pb, 206Pb, 207Pb, 208Pb kaj unu sufiĉe oftan radioaktivan izotopon 202Pb kun duoniĝotempo de ~53000 jaroj.
La norma atompezo estas 207,2(1) u.
Plumbo estas elemento kun la plej granda numero kiu havas stabilajn izotopojn, ĉiu la sekvaj elementoj estas radioaktivaj. La sekva 209Bi, longe konsiderata kiel stabila, reale havas duoniĝotempon de 1,9×1019 jaroj.
