Zalesie-Pacuszki is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gzy, within Pułtusk County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south of Gzy, 10 km (6 mi) west of Pułtusk, and 55 km (34 mi) north of Warsaw.
