Wólka Tyrzyńska B is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kozienice, within Kozienice County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) east of Kozienice and 82 km (51 mi) south-east of Warsaw.
