It is owned by Maranatha Broadcasting Company alongside Allentown, Pennsylvania–licensed independent station WFMZ-TV. The two stations share studios on East Rock Road on South Mountain in Allentown; WDPN's transmitter is located in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia.
