Oleksze is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Orla, within Bielsk County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in northeastern Poland. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) southwest of Orla, 11 km (7 mi) south of Bielsk Podlaski, and 50 km (31 mi) south of the regional capital Białystok.
