Abanoeti, formerly also known as Mikartsminda (მიქარწმინდა), is a village in Georgia’s northern Ambrolauri Municipality with a population 102 (2014). It is located about 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) west of the municipal center Ambrolauri, at an elevation of 820 metres (2,690 ft) above sea level on a hill overlooking the Rioni River. It is part of the Bugeuli administrative community that includes 5 more nearby villages.
