     natthi me saraṇaṃ aññaṃ buddho me saraṇaṃ varaṃ etena saccavajjena hotu me jayamaṅgalaṃ.

     There is no other refuge for me; the Lord Buddha is my excellent refuge. With this true declaration may glorious victory be mine.
