Virginia's 31st House of Delegates district elects one of 100 seats in the Virginia House of Delegates, the lower house of the state's bicameral legislature. District 31 contains all of Clarke County and portions of Frederick County and Warren County. Since 2024, Dolores Riley Oates has represented the district.[1]
