the french claim that beaufort is the "prince des gruyere" and thus is not just like gruyere but indeed is a gruyere
The article says the cheese is "pressed and slated", but maybe the right word is "salted"? Or maybe I just don't know what "slated" means... 189.136.147.43 04:21, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
