Plot
Set against the backdrop of Rome in 54 A.D., the Coliseum is bustling, waiting for a show with the Detroit Lions. Emperor Nero makes a grand entrance in a chariot reminiscent of a 1950s Cadillac. Nero decrees to "throw out the first victim", and delegates the task to Captain of the Praetorian Guard Sam. Bugs, the first victim, escapes but is chased by Sam; there is a showdown atop a column.
