Riba-roja d'Ebre (Catalan pronunciation: [ˌriβaˈrɔjʒa ˈðeβɾe]) is a municipality in the comarca of the Ribera d'Ebre in southern Catalonia, Spain. It is the site of a large hydroelectric power station, on the Ebro river. The whole area is mountainous.
