Rami Al Hajj (Arabic: رامي الحاج; born 17 September 2001, previously Rami Hajal) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as an midfielder for EFL Championship club Plymouth Argyle. Born in Lebanon, Al Hajj moved to Sweden and represented them internationally at youth level.

Club career
A youth product of Falkenbergs FF, Al Hajj moved to Heerenveen in 2018.[2] He made his professional debut with Heerenveen in a 3–1 Eredivisie loss to Feyenoord, on 18 January 2020.[3]
On 14 June 2023, Al Hajj signed for OB in the Danish Superliga ahead of the 2023–24 season.[4] He scored on his debut for the club on 23 July, the opening matchday of the season, converting a penalty in a 2–2 home draw against Randers.[5]
On transfer deadline day, August 30, 2024, Al Hajj joined English EFL Championship club Plymouth Argyle.[6]
International career
Born in Lebanon, Al Hajj is a youth international for Sweden, featuring for both U19s and U21s.[7] He received his first call-up for the senior national team in a friendly match against Estonia on 12 January 2024.[8]
Personal life
Al Hajj was born in Beirut, Lebanon, and moved to Sweden in 2003 aged two.[7] The family had his surname changed to "Hajal" when he moved to Sweden.[9] On 15 September 2021, he changed it back to Al Hajj.[9]
