Proszówka [prɔˈʂufka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gryfów Śląski, within Lwówek Śląski County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1]

It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south of Gryfów Śląski, 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-west of Lwówek Śląski, and 114 kilometres (71 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The most prominent landmark of Proszówka is the Gryf Castle, a medieval stronghold of local Polish dukes of the Piast dynasty. Other landmarks are the 17th-century Baroque chapel of St. Leopold and the 18th-century palace complex.
