Kay'Ron Lynch-Adams is an American football running back for the Michigan State Spartans. He previously played for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights and for the UMass Minutemen.

Lynch-Adams attended Warren G. Harding High School located in Warren, Ohio. Coming out of high school, Lynch-Adams was rated as a three-star recruit, where he committed to play college football for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.[1][2]
During Lynch-Adam's two year career with the Scarlet Knights in 2019 and 2020, he totaled 320 yards and two touchdowns on 83 carries, while also bringing in six receptions for 120 yards and a touchdown.[3][4] After the conclusion of the 2020 season, Lynch-Adams decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal.[5][6]
Lynch-Adams decided to transfer to play for the UMass Minutemen.[7][8] In Lynch-Adam's first two seasons with UMass in 2021 and 2022, he rushed 123 times for 411 yards and two touchdowns in 18 total games.[9][10] During the 2023 season, Lynch-Adams rushed 236 attempts for 1,157 yards and 12 touchdowns.[11] After the conclusion of the 2023 season, Lynch-Adams decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal once again.[12][13]
Lynch-Adams decided to transfer to play for the Michigan State Spartans.[14][15] In Lynch-Adam's first game with Michigan State he rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown on nine carries, as he helped the Spartans to a season-opening win over FAU.[16]
