Iñigo Llopis Sanz[a] (born 13 November 1998) is a Spanish Paralympic swimmer who has represented Spain in the Summer Paralympic Games.

Llopis competed in the men's 100 metre backstroke S8 event at the 2020 Summer Paralympics and won a silver medal.[1] At the 2024 Summer Paralympics, he won the gold medal in the same category and the bronze medal in the Mixed 4×100 m medley relay - 34pts category.
Llopis's father, Luis, is goalkeeping coach for Real Madrid CF.[2]
