In human mitochondrial genetics, Haplogroup L6 is a human mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) haplogroup. It is a small haplogroup local to the Ethiopian highlands and Yemen.[3]

This haplogroup has been found only in Yemen and Ethiopia.[4]
