Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding A.Ş., commonly abbreviated as Sabancı Holding, is an industrial and financial conglomerate with headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey.[4] The company's primary activities are in financial services, energy (electricity generation and distribution), cement, retail and industrial sectors.[5] The founding Sabancı family continues to hold a majority stake.[6] Sabanci Holding was first listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange (BIST) in 1997.[7] As of 2024, Sabancı Group operates in 17 countries across 5 continents, serving more than 40 million customers and providing employment for over 60,000 people.[8] Additionally, the holding has joint venture partnerships with prominent global players such as E.ON, Bridgestone,[9] Ageas,[10] Heidelberg,[11] and Carrefour.[12]

In March 2025, Mr. Hayri Çulhacı stepped into the role of the first non-family Chair and Managing Director of Sabancı Holding. [14] He is also currently the Vice Chair and a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Sabancı Foundation. The current Board of Directors of Sabancı Holding includes: Hayri Çulhacı (Chairman and Managing Director), Erol Sabancı (Vice Chairman), Suzan Sabancı, E. Headquarters
