Dry steering
Act of steering a stationary vehicle From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dry steering is the act of turning the steering wheel of a vehicle while the vehicle is stationary. This can be exceptionally difficult in the absence of power steering.

Some believe this to cause increased wear to the wheels, compared to when turning in motion.[citation needed]
