Beacon Heights–East Pines station

Beacon Heights–East Pines is a light rail station that is currently under construction. It will be part of the Purple Line in Maryland. The station will be located east of the intersection of Riverdale Road and 67th Avenue.

History

The Purple Line system is under construction as of 2023 and is scheduled to open in 2027.^[1]

Station layout

The station consists of two side platforms on the southern side of Riverdale Road, just east of 67th Avenue.^[2]

P Platform level	Side platform, doors will open on the right
	Westbound	←      Purple Line toward Bethesda (Riverdale Park–Kenilworth)
	Eastbound	→      Purple Line toward New Carrollton (Glenridge) →
	Side platform, doors will open on the right
