Premise
Moments before a Palestinian teen is confronted by Israeli soldiers at a protest, his mother recounts events that led him to that moment.[3]

Production
Initially set to commence production in Palestine, two weeks prior, the Gaza war forced the crew to evacuate.[4] Production on the film was re-located to Cyprus.[5]
In November 2024, it was announced Dabis, Saleh Bakri, Adam Bakri, Mohammad Bakri, Maria Zreik and Muhammad Abed Elrahman had joined the cast.[6]

Reception
On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, 100% of 15 critics' reviews are positive, with an average rating of 8.2/10.[8] Metacritic, which uses a weighted average, assigned the film a score of 74 out of 100, based on 7 critics, indicating "generally favorable" reviews.[9]
