The 2015–16 season was the 74th in the history of Eastern Counties Football League, a football competition in England.[1]
Norwich United were champions, winning their second Eastern Counties Football League title in a row and were promoted to the Isthmian League for the first time in their history.

The following five clubs applied for promotion to Step 4:[3] Godmanchester Rovers, Ipswich Wanderers, Mildenhall Town, Norwich United and Stanway Rovers.
