Notes

  1. A qualification tournament, to which the highest placed teams (that did not already qualify for the 2015/16 ABA League) from the Croatian, Macedonian, Bosnian and Montenegrin Leagues were invited, was announced. After Zagreb, Kumanovo and Široki withdrew from the tournament, Sutjeska was placed in the League.
  2. Unlike the previous seasons in the 2015–16 season only players playing for winning teams could be named MVP of the Round.
