The 16th Multi-member Constituency – Plovdiv-City is a constituency of the National Assembly of Bulgaria whose borders are the same as Plovdiv Municipality in Bulgaria.

In the 2009 Bulgarian parliamentary election the 16th Multi-member Constituency – Plovdiv-City elected 10 members to the Bulgarian National Assembly:[1][2] 9 through proportionality vote and 1 was through first-past-the-post voting.
