Vladimir Stepanovich Nikitin (Russian: Владимир Степанович Никитин; born on 5 April 1948), is a Russian politician, who was a member of parliament, a deputy of the State Duma from 1995 to 2015, and had been a long time member since the second convocation. He is a member of the Communist Party faction. He had been the First Secretary of the Pskov Regional Committee of the Communist Party from 1990 to 1991, 1995 to 2005, and from 2008 to 2012. He is a chairman of the Central Control and Auditing Commission of the Communist Party from 2000 to 2013, and member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Communist Party from 2013 to 2017.
