Veščica, Murska Sobota

Veščica^[1] or Veščica pri Murski Soboti^[1][3] (pronounced [ʋɛˈʃtʃiːtsa pɾi ˈmuːɾski ˈsoːbɔti]; Hungarian: Falud^[4]) is a village in the Municipality of Murska Sobota in the Prekmurje region of Slovenia.^[5]

Name

The name of the settlement was changed from Veščica to Veščica pri Murski Soboti in 1955.^[6]
