User talk:TheScurvyEye
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hi there. Welcome to Wikipedia! I noticed that you didn't have a proper welcome message yet. The welcome message has some links that you may find useful.
If you want, you can drop us a note at Wikipedia:New user log to introduce yourself. Before you start doing a lot of editing, you might want to take the Tutorial. It gives a lot of basic info you'll want to get you oriented on Wikipedia.
Looking at your contribution history, it appears that you have reviewed the tutorial. You have had some constructive discussions with other editors. That is good, too. Your edit to Free agency (Mormonism) seems to have been well received.
You can sign your name on talk pages by using three tildes (" ~~~ ") for your username and four (" ~~~~ ") for your username and a timestamp. But, you know how to sign your name, already. More useful, perhaps, is a link to the manual of style. It contains information like how to include quotations in articles. Also, verifiability is a good reference for content of an article and how to cite sources of information. No personal attacks and assume good faith can help you work with other editors.
If you have other questions about the project, check out Wikipedia:Help, or add a question to the Help desk. You can also leave me a question on my talk page. Happy editing, Walter Siegmund (talk) 02:00, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
