Gavin. Thanks for your message and for expanding the stub on Holbrook Gaskell II. I was interested to read that there were more than 3 HGs. I used "II" and "III" because I had been writing a series of articles on the pioneers of the chemical industry in Widnes and Hardie's book refers to them as I, II and III ā so I copied him. By the way could you add inline citations to all your additions (including what you have written about HGII). (You also seem to have lost my references but I will replace them when I get the time.) It seems a bit excessive when one is new to Wikipedia, but in the long-term as articles get expanded, if inline citations are not there, the article has to be re-written more or less from scratch. You can get advice on this from WP:CITE (or more or less copy what I have done ā that's how I have learnt a lot about the necessary techniques). In addition if you write something about yourself on your user page, you will get an official welcome and some guidance on where to go for the information you will need. Best wishes. Peter. Peter I.
