If you create new articles, please put in some information, not just person's name. Thanks! Andris 20:06, Jun 2, 2004 (UTC)
Yeah, ditto on that. Please, consider choosing one senator and writing his bio? I'm moving to have any pages you make with just a name speedy deleted, in accordance with our deletion policy. Atleast write one paragraph and add a stub notice with {{msg:stub}}. Cheers, Dunc_Harris|☺ 20:23, 2 Jun 2004 (UTC)
Thanks for your notes. I've now started adding more content when I create a page. For the ones I've done already with just a name, I'll go back and add more content.
- No problem. I see you are a nice chap and all that and helping the 'pedia, :) but could you please quickly run through the welcome, newcomers, particularly Wikipedia:tutorial so you know how to put in the blue links. Cheers, Dunc_Harris|☺ 20:30, 2 Jun 2004 (UTC)
FYI, I killed off a few of your names-only pages today before I realized what kind of collection you were creatingso you may have to re-create some of them. Personally, I find it helpful to create bios offline, then create pages and dump in the text - especially when making a bunch of pages with similar format. - DavidWBrooks 20:33, 2 Jun 2004 (UTC)
- I've re-made small stubs for two of them. (Chip Pickering and Frank Lucas. Niteowlneils 20:47, 2 Jun 2004 (UTC)
