This film should not be deleted, as it features three very well known public figures in the cast, each of whom have extensive Wikipedia pages that are linked in the article. More references have been provided, including one from the lead actor describing the work that took place. in addition, the producer Erika Hampson has produced many films, including The New Tenants, which won the Oscar for Best Short in 2010. at least one fan site for the Actress Clair van der Boom has already picked up on news of the production and is reporting on it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jpatrickgittins (talk • contribs) 06:46, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
In this edit, you've indicated that you were going to respond to my concerns on the talk page so we could come a consensus. I've no wish to edit war and hope we'll be able to follow WP:BRD, thus I am hoping to see your comments shortly so we can engage in proper discussion. Salvidrim! 07:41, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
This page should not be speedily deleted because... Article needs sources and a large reformat (which I have already brought to the creator's attention), but with a cursory examination/search and my limited knowledge of the subject I think it's outside the bounds of a speedy. --Human.v2.0 (talk) 10:03, 15 May 2012 (UTC)
And later Roger Wilco too, I think (maybe also some other classic adventure heroes). --Niemti (talk) 07:05, 19 May 2012 (UTC)
But that's later, because I'm leaving for a weekend, then might be busy later. Anyway, Guinness should be enough for now, I think. --Niemti (talk) 07:09, 19 May 2012 (UTC)
Also characters who should be redirected, as their Wikia-style articles have literally no sources or references whatsoever:
Just saying, because you did it with Rabbids. And yes, the "rv v" person is involved with them all. --Niemti (talk) 09:42, 21 May 2012 (UTC)
But hey, Scissorman is actually pretty well referenced. (But it needs to be rewritten.) --Niemti (talk) 09:45, 21 May 2012 (UTC)

I heartily recommend reverting yourself and discussing them first. It is highly uncommon for non-default color themes to be accepted (at all). I for one think it's bad. ;)
The other thing is the collapse -- no need to hardcode-collapse it, NavBoxes auto-collapse when there's more than two on any page. :) Salvidrim! 04:36, 26 May 2012 (UTC)
Are you aware that you tagged a talk page as patent nonsense and no context? --kelapstick(bainuu) 00:09, 3 June 2012 (UTC)
Hi there, just to let you know that I've reverted your previous blanking and redirection of this article to a non-existent section on Looney Tunes. This is a lengthy long-standing, referenced article with 150 incoming links. The characters have been written about in multiple books and even scholarly articles and were the leading characters in several films including The Goofy Gophers. It is not appropriate to blank it and turn it into a redirect (especially with an edit summary like this) without first discussing this on the talk page and preferably seeking an opinion from Wikipedia:WikiProject Animation who have ranked it as Mid Importance for their project. Voceditenore (talk) 07:54, 3 June 2012 (UTC)
I have proof that it is notable: , , , , . --George Ho (talk) 06:57, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
All the affected articles need to be semi-protected forever, that's the only way. --Niemti (talk) 10:18, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
Please stop redirecting the Lola Bunny article - you have given no real rationale for this action, you have been reverted by more than one editor. MikeWazowski (talk) 20:01, 9 June 2012 (UTC)

Hello, I noted that you tagged the article Andre Vincent Noble under CSD A7 and G11 in addition to G3. May I ask so why? (Not that I own the article) Mr.Wikipediania (Stalk • Talk) 02:21, 11 June 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for uploading File:Sonic4Ep2Logo.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:10, 11 June 2012 (UTC)
Hi Cyan Gardevoir. BoostCommunications has made one edit. It was obviously a mistake on their part: the article will be deleted and they will be blocked. Please do remember that the fourth pillar advises that unless there is strong evidence to the contrary, assume that editors are trying to help, not hurt the project.--Shirt58 (talk) 11:14, 14 June 2012 (UTC)
I'm pretty sure he's Condemned2EthanThomas, a guy who has simply copy-pasted a bunch of Wikia articles to the Wikipedia.
Anyway, the list of the currently affected articles:
All need to be protected, and not for just few days (or weeks).
There's also Geralt of Rivia, who's by far the most popular character in Polish modern fantasy (the games are based on the hit novels), and so I guess he might be discussed a lot in the Polish sources (maybe also English-language). --Niemti (talk) 13:26, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
I have long since fixed my signature, but the times when my signature was used in the past when it was annoying will still stay there, even though everybody and their brother is using it as an excuse to boss me around, without them even looking proactively to see if I've changed it yet. !!eleven!!one1! en:BLEAKGH (got:ᚷᚲᛇᛚᛒ) 16:34, 19 June 2012 (UTC)

I was wondering why you decided to do a redirect? There were more information about other shows, etc., that the character was in. More than the redirect of which you had it sent to... Pinocchio. It didn't make sense of the redirect. Also, please be in mind that conversations, including messages left here. Are best left here, not conversating back and forth on each other's talk pages. That's not prudent and for anyone, whom would follow the conversation. They might get lost. I will post anything here, that you post on my talk page regarding this message. If you have a problem? I will take it to the staff of wikipedia. I prefer that each conversation remains where it is. So, I disapprove of your "if you are leaving me a message. I will reply on your talk page" comment. You do not seem to understand the way of how in general a wiki works. Do be mindful of the policies and rules here and fix your rules to abide by them. Thank you. In conclusion of this message; I prefer not to have this conversation on my talk page, but here where it was started. If you cannot respect that? Please do not bother in replying, if you cannot reply here. Ariyen (talk) 05:26, 26 June 2012 (UTC)

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:Mariosizechart.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Files for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Hi, you get a lot of freedom in Wikipedia with regards to how to represent your page in terms of styling etc, but that freedom comes with a responsibility. The responsibility is that you actually know how to use the freedom. So please when you are using HTML and styling, learn how to use it properly, to avoid breaking your own talk page. I have fixed the problems, but if you don't know about ID's, classes or the difference between an HTML end tag and a start tag, then probably you wan't show some constraint in decorating your page. Just some friendly advice. —TheDJ (talk • contribs) 13:29, 3 July 2012 (UTC)

Hi. When you recently edited Transgenerational design, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Environment and Impairment (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello Cyan Gardevoir! And oh my goodness, your talk page is bright... I know Cyan is in your username, but this colour scheme is really too bright to make reading it comfortable. How about using colours that are slightly dimmer? Anyway, I'm here because I saw the A7 speedy deletion tag you left on 2012 Trans-Tasman Champions League. I see that it has already been removed, but I just wanted to say that it is probably stretching it to class a sports league as an organization. (This is just my interpretation, however; others may disagree.) But the criteria for speedy deletion are meant to be interpreted conservatively, so if you're not sure whether or not you should tag something, usually it's best not to. By the way, have you read this essay on speedy deletion? I think it's really useful, and well worth a read. (Though the title is a bit unfortunate - ignore that part. ;) And let me know if you have any questions about any of this - I'll be happy to help. Best regards — Mr. Stradivarius on tour (have a chat) 06:50, 9 July 2012 (UTC)
Hello Cyan,
I have an article that I believe the person I am discussing about deserves to be on Wikipedia. However, I have had the article rejected so I would like to know what I can do to make it better. The article is about Walter Shep Cooke.
Thank you.

So you have three WP:RS out of the five available. Taken from WP:N - If a topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, it is presumed to satisfy the inclusion criteria for a stand-alone article or stand-alone list.
So Walter Shep Cooke current does not meet WP:N at this point. With more RS I may reconsider. Thank you. :) CyanGardevoir (used EDIT!) 21:43, 9 July 2012 (UTC)
Hi Cyan Gardevoir, I noticed this comment from you on a recent permissions request. While I don't want to discourage you from commenting there, I would like to point out that "endorsement" comments are not recommended for two reasons: 1. they are not helpful for admins who review and approve/decline the requests (no admin will skip making their own review just because someone endorsed; also, a comment such as "looks good to me", something similar to that, or the agreement of that type of comment don't give any insight into why someone should receive a particular userright), and 2. a request for rollback, reviewer, etc. is not a request for adminship, therefore "votes" to support/oppose people are counter-productive and risk turning requests into "mini-RfAs". Also see this thread, which covers much of what I'm talking about, and this comment from me recently.
I'd also like to address your declining of a request here. While that request would likely have been declined, it's better to leave the actual answering of requests to admins (for one reason, some people have responded angrily to their requests being declined by non-admins); however, there is no harm in answering a request if an admin forgot to place the tag themselves, if the request is clearly trolling, or if the user was blocked sometime after they made the request. In addition, Template:Nac refers to the closing of deletion discussions rather than any type of non-admin closure: the page Wikipedia:Non-admin closure, linked to on the template, could be confusing on something that has nothing to do with deletion discussions. :)
This all being said, if you find a reason why a user shouldn't receive a particular userright, such as bad reverts for someone requesting rollback or the creation of unsourced pages for someone requesting autopatrolled, that sort of input is definitely welcomed and very helpful, but if there's nothing wrong with a request, nothing needs to be said! :) I hope this wasn't harsh...it's not meant to be a warning, just a note and some guidance! Thanks for your help and interest in the area. Best. Acalamari 10:09, 10 July 2012 (UTC)
