He's bullied many people in the past (Nick Boulevard, Leonig Mig, tried to bully me, etc.), i'd just copy what you told me to the Arb Com Member's Talk Pages and ask an opinion on how to make him stop, preferrable a WP:TROLL related injunction. karmafist 21:49, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

I need to prepare The Clearlake DAB. There are many Clearlake parks, lakes, towns, cities, activities, counties & municipalities and I need to list them to be linked.
Would you title the band Clearlake, Clearlake, the Band? Thank you so much, Lakelover
Thank-you Salty! I'll do my best. You see I am just discovering Wiki and I love it! Lakelover 12:41, 3 January 2006 (UTC)Lakelover
Please quit this deletion unless you want an RfC. They can call themselves Wibby, Wobby, Woo and Wanko for all I care, but while their real names are on record in published sources (e.g. ) it's available information for inclusion in the articles, in line with articles on other musicians who work under pseudonyms such as Sting (musician) and Fish (singer). Wikipedia demands we source our claims./ Please source that anyone mentioned admires morrisey or you are putting false and misleading information in the Wikipedia. Why do you want to do that? Why do you claim to have started 'The Boy Who Ran Away ' when it clearly DOES NOT EXIST.

I only failed the article because some of the claims were not cited by primary sources, such as the live performance descriptions. By adding a few citations on claims like that, you can easily get this promoted. — Deckiller 23:02, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
The Avoid overlinking dates section of WP:MOSDATE is a subset of the Date formatting section. So, I think unless there is a strong reason applies only to dates which are incomplete (as it describes them). When formatting does not apply, the only reason to bracket dates is for relevance, and/or broader understanding; but, in cases where formatting will work, the MOS says not required to link full dates, but most full dates in Wikipedia are linked...
There is a long discussion ongoing about overlinking dates in general (see Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style (dates and numbers)#linking of dates if you want). The focus has mostly been on incomplete dates.
I'll refrain from reverting the article again, but thought I'd explain my rationale for the changes. Neier 13:29, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
It is my regretful task to inform you that I have closed your request for adminship early as unlikely to achieve consensus. Please do not be discouraged; a number of users have had their first RfA end without consensus, but have been promoted overwhelmingly in a later request. Please continue to make outstanding contributions to Wikipedia, and consider requesting adminship again in the future. You may find Wikipedia:Guide to requests for adminship helpful in deciding when to consider running again. If I can be of any help to you, please do not hesitate to ask. Agh! I didn't know you were going to cut and paste everything. I guess you didn't notice the 'move' button at the top. Not to worry, anyway, I'll soon fix it. Cut and paste moves are bad because they destroy the edit history, which causes copyright problems (see WP:CUTPASTE). If you want to move a page in future, you should use the move button, or if it needs help from an admin, ask at Wikipedia:Requested moves. Don't let me catch you again! :) Flowerparty☀ 00:36, 26 April 2006 (UTC)
Please leave the deletion reviews on the presenter pages. Other similar pages have been deleted and there is no resaon why these articles should be on Wikipedia. 86.128.58.182 21:51, 11 May 2006 (UTC)
Are you sure that the single and album versions are the same? I have two versions, one from the US version of "The Decline of…" The other version I have sounds very different; it is slower and less uptempo. I assumed that it was the single version, which was the reason for my revision. What could it be then? I appreciate your insight. -Obi-Jon 01:31, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
Hey up, Salty. Good work with the formatting here. The MoS doesn't say to delink all dates, however - if there is a month, day and year, then the date has to be linked for users' date preferences to work, so '28th March 2006' is no good. See WP:DATE for some gripping reading :) Flowerparty☀ 02:21, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
Hi SaltyWater, I´m beginner at wikipedia, so you problably can help me, I see you always keeping the Moz page OK. I have a website with Smiths and Morrissey bootlegs, more than 300 cover artwork is available to download, and a lot of gigs too, I put the site as a fanpage in The Smiths section of wikipedia. Please visit my site at www.akiraware.com and tell me if I can put the site too in the Moz links section fan sites or if my site can be considered spam because it already listed in another page, if the last one option no problem, I will not bore again Regards, Akira
Thanks for the tip, I will not put in the links i´m looking for a opinion and yours is really helpfull to me, thanks a lot.
I see you've made some edits to Kendal in the past and I was wondering if you would like to try and get the article to featured article status? I've set up a subpage which can be found at Kendal/featured article to create the new page in (I've done this so the Kendal entry doesn't get distrupted whilst all the alterations are made), I've also put some suggsted headers in place (I've had a look at the Weymouth page, as this is featured article status. Let me know if your interested and we'll take it from their, cheers RyanPostlethwaiteSee the mess I've created or let's have banter 16:06, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

Hi SaltyWater. I was disappointed to see that you removed my links to Mark Prindle record reviews from some of The Fall's album articles for being "spam", having spent over an hour this afternoon adding Prindle's reviews to all of The Fall's major releases!
I believe that Prindle's reviews, while not professional reviews in the strictest sense, still do merit inclusion in Wikipedia album articles under a broad interpretation of the Wikiproject: Albums guidelines, and in light of the facts that Prindle has been a web institution for over a decade, he has worked as a professional music writer in the past, and his profile is high enough to warrant his own Wikipedia article. (In the interest of full disclosure, I do not know Mr. Prindle personally.) What's more, I only added his reviews to Fall album articles because I had seen them on various Melvins and The Jesus Lizard album articles first.
Perhaps this is still a grey area and warrants further discussion?Dalyzach 03:41, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
Please don't call people names as you did on Talk:British Sea Power. It gets people's backs up and prevents cooperative editing. Cheers Theresa Knott | Taste the Korn 06:25, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
