Thanks for uploading Image:Mario Kasun - Croatia.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 05:52, 18 January 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. B (talk) 05:52, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

Your bizarre and unexplained edit to the Robert Pattinson page has been reverted. You have provided no reason whatever for this edit, which reverted my own edits, which were explained at length on the Pattinson talk page, which I recommend you read first. Please review WP:BLP and WP:FANSITE as well. If you continue in this vein I will have no choice but to seek assistance from an administrator as I take this matter very seriously. Your personal opinion regarding sources is not the point nor is it a valid reason for making spurious rvs. If you were truly interested in researching the subject and learning the most accurate version and the truth of the matter you would by now have checked out Trump's talk page (at Talk:Donald Trump) and read the sections entitled "Need Citation that Donald Trump is Catholic" and "Reformed Church in America?". The only true reliable source is where he or his family member is quoted about their ethnic origin. Not just a website of country X that claims something. If so he would have stated it in one of the thousand interviews he gave in the domestic media, not a website in country X. If you see that as a reliable source i hope you choose better sources when you research something for your job or study. As a person that has his roots in the same region of where Kivanc Tatlitug is from, i can assure you that in our region there are no Turks of Balkan origin. That a Bosnian or Croatian website claims should ring bells, don't take everything on the internet for granted: lesson 1 internet research. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Janicar (talk • contribs) 21:25, 13 February 2012 (UTC)

Just to let you know that I'll be nominating this article for the Did you know section. What it needs is a "hook" (an interesting fact about the subject), and it'll probably be the fact that he was the first rabbi serving in Zagreb in more than 50 years, or something like that. I'll add it to the article this evening, but you're of course free to beat me to it... GregorB (talk) 07:42, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
It appears that the Tom Rosenthal story is considerably more complex than it seemed. His paternal grandparents were actually quite famous - Albrecht Rosenthal, a German Jewish bookseller, and his British-born wife, Maud Ruth (Levy). There is no question that Maud's father, writer Oscar Levy, was Jewish. I am just not sure whether her mother, German-born Frieda Brauer, was Jewish as well. If she was not, that could help explain why Jim Rosenthal does not self-id as Jewish (i.e. his maternal grandmother would be non-Jewish in this scenario). Pretty clear that Tom's mother, born Christine Smith, is not Jewish. His father's genealogy is here. All Hallow's Wraith (talk) 19:33, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
On 3 May 2012, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Kotel Da-Don, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that Da-Don took the office of chief rabbi of Croatia in 1998, more than fifty years since the last office-holder? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Kotel Da-Don.You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Dragan Plamenac, and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/judaica/ejud_0002_0016_0_15847.html.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

Thanks for uploading File:Šandor Alexander.JPG. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.
To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Hello Bbrezic – please pardon my bad English – I go not conform with your reversion of some of my changes in Živa Kraus. Some arguments:
It is normal, that in changing times notions and names are fluid ones. But for the birth date of Živa Kraus, 4 October 1945, in my opinion the names "Yugoslavia" or "Democratic Federal Yugoslavia" seem to be appropriate. (But I will not change it again, it's not my theme now.)
Hello Bbrezic,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Danijel Ivin for deletion, because it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Cmckain14 (talk) 01:52, 13 February 2013 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Weissberg familija.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.
If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Thanks for your upload to Wikipedia:
You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the image because the source is incomplete. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the image, rather than only giving the source domain or the URL of the image file itself. Please update the image description with a URL that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page or me at my talk page. Thank you. Message delivered by Theo's Little Bot (opt-out) 21:15, 16 May 2013 (UTC)

The article Adriana Altaras has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Taroaldo ✉ 23:08, 11 June 2013 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Re'uven Dafni.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Werieth (talk) 04:39, 8 September 2013 (UTC)
A discussion is taking place as to whether the article John Schlossberg is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/John Schlossberg (2nd nomination) until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Hekerui (talk) 11:24, 17 October 2013 (UTC)

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. A lot of good information. Just requesting some clean-up on the language (more encyclopedic, not essay). Also, more specifics on dates with good citations/footnotes. Thanks!
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Schwindy (talk) 00:16, 9 December 2013 (UTC)

It is inappropriate to report someone to an admin over a content dispute. You can ask an admin on a talk page for his/her opinion on content, though. It would be much more appropriate to ask for opinions on content than to report for content disputes. XXSNUGGUMSXX (talk) 01:04, 28 March 2014 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Kidnapping and murder of Eliyahu Asheri, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Glenelg. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Pozdrav.--Soundwaweserb (talk) 13:12, 15 September 2014 (UTC)
Please you stop with your disruptive behavior or I will be forced to ask for administrator intervention against vandalism. You are nationalism and tendentiously in this article. Please stop, Novak doesn't have anything with Croatia or Croats.--Soundwaweserb (talk) 13:26, 15 September 2014 (UTC)

The article Keith Broomfield has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Just a heads up: a number of articles recently ended up in a cleanup category, the full list can be found here. I've fixed Edo Šen like this - if you agree this is OK I'll continue with fixing the rest in the same manner. GregorB (talk) 19:10, 24 June 2020 (UTC)
