You voted for Indian Armed Forces, this week's Indian Collaboration of the Week. Please come and help it become a featured-standard article. - Aksi_great (talk) 11:58, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
Kingboyk wants us give him a few more weeks before he can change his plug-in to work on our project. It is need since our project has workgroups. Once he is done giving us support, we use that plug-in in AWB and run it just like everything else. There is nothing technical about AWB. It is just permissions that I you need to get. Once your bot is given a bog flag, request it to be added to the Bots section of the AWB Checkpage. After that you can use the Autosave check to run it in a automatic mode with out user intervention. You will still need to be monitoring it though. Let me know if you have any further questions. - Ganeshk (talk) 16:28, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
I know that you're on a wikibreak at the moment, but I decided to create your requested userboxes for you in my userspace. Hope you like them! They can be found at User:Casmith_789/Userboxes. -- Casmith 789 16:14, 30 September 2006 (UTC)

Please block User talk:209.18.49.24 for vandalism to Plants as per your promise in September. This user does nothing constructive so there won't be any harm. KP Botany 20:01, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
Hi Lost, We had a discussion sometime back about updating India banner on talk pages using a bot. Kingboyk is yet to give full support for India project. But we can use his plug-in to work on generic projects like Indian dance stubs, Indian sport stubs etc. I have applied for approval for bot-use for this purpose. I suggest you do it too. Here is a test run I did. Let me know if you have any questions. - Ganeshk (talk) 15:54, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
Hi, Lost. Thanks for the offer of help.
Per your suggestion, I went back and did a deeper review of the deletion process. I have to say that it's a lot to swallow all at once; maybe there's room for a less-overwhelming "beginner's summary." Then again, maybe not. I may just feel overwhelmed by the volume of text.
Anyhow, I think I have a good grasp on what the criteria for deletion are. What I seem to be missing is what the content of the page in question was that got it deleted the last time. I cruised through yesterday's and the current day's deletion discussion pages, and couln't find any reference at all to the AppWorx Corporation page.
Suggestions?
Thanks again.

Hello Lost. I have added mine now. You appear to be around. Would you mind adding your nom - to make things easier. Thanks, Blnguyen | BLabberiNg 08:09, 13 October 2006 (UTC)
There is an issue at the cat, especially on the page Talk:Jyotiraditya Madhavrao Scindia where an obstinate editor is trying to demand that saying "I am a Hindu" is the only way a person can be added to the cat. As consensus went for the scope of the cat as it is, I merely voiced the consensus and placed all the background info about the situation, including using Indian law, the Scindia family, and replies to the users out of context rants. The user remains obstinate saying things arent "good enough" and telling me to "live with it".Bakaman Bakatalk 01:54, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
I have nominated the page for DYK.Can you please look at it and suggest improvements to make it to DYK. Shyamsunder 00:05, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

Thanks, Lost, for the Graphics Designer Barnstar! That is just fabulous. It makes my day. I am overcome! Thrilled! I never expected that - I've been having a lot of fun just creating maps (even though my wifie thinks I'm a bit daft, I must say). Thank you, thank you, thank you (he says, effusively). Appreciately yours, MapMaster 16:45, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
Hi Lostintherush, I noticed you are interested in having more userboxes! If you can give me some clues on images and colors, I'm more than willing to help you add them to your projects' subpages. Regards, Rfrisbietalk 20:05, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

Lost, thank you so much for your support for my RfA. I passed with a vote tally of 61/0/1. I am honored that the consensus was to allow me the added privilege of the admin mop. I appreciate your support and kind words on my RFA! --plange 23:09, 22 October 2006 (UTC) |
Hi lostintherush, first of all HAPPY DIWALI to you and EID MUBARAK !!!
I have created a new article - Alex Machacek. It is on a critically acclaimed jazz/fusion guitarist. I want it to be on DYK. Since, you are an expert at putting articles to DYK, I thought you might help me. Can you help me on that. There are several interesting facts in the article - 1. Alex's wife is an Indian singer and he has featured in her album, 2. Alex has been acclaimed by such greats as John McLaughlin, 3. Alex's early influences were heavy metal bands like Iron Maiden, KISS and Deep Purple, very much unlike usual jazz guitarists who have more jazz influences. So I guess the article can be featured on DYK. I created it yesterday itself. I will add to it and complete it by tommorow. I hope you'll help me on that. Bye for now.
Thanks for your support in my not-so-recent RfA, which succeeded with a final tally of (97/4/4)! I've never been able to accept compliments gracefully, and the heavy support from this outstanding community left me at a complete loss for words -- so, a very belated thank you for all of your kind words.
I have done and will continue to do the utmost to serve the community in this new capacity, wherever it may take me, and to set an example others might wish to follow in. With a little luck and a lot of advice, this may be enough. Maybe someday the enwiki admins of the future will look back and say, "Yeah, that guy was an admin." Hopefully then they don't start talking about the explosive ArbComm case I got tied into and oh what a drama that was, but we'll see, won't we? Surely some of you have seen me in action by now; with that in mind, I openly invite and welcome any feedback here or here -- help me become the best editor and sysop I can be.
