Hello, Prelate Zeratul, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thanks for your contributions; I hope you decide to stick around and contribute more. We're always glad to have new members in our community! Here are a few good links for newcomers:
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Though we all make mistakes, here is what Wikipedia is not. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to see the help pages or add a question to the village pump. The Community Portal can also be very useful. Another useful thing to do is leave a question by the new contributor's help page if you have a problem, so fellow members can help you out. Also, you can drop me a line by clicking the 'talk' link next to my name below.
Finally, if you have a certain area of expertise, a WikiProject might be for you.

Hi, this is Captain panda. I am just wondering exactly what my article had that caused it to be what Wikipedia is not. Captain panda 21:40, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
Hi Zeratul,
If you fancy adoption by me, have a look at user page, if you like - leave me a message on my talk page or yours. Cheers Lethaniol 00:44, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Hey Zeratul, I see you've got an adopt tag on your page, and if you want I'd be glad to help you out. Check out my user page or drop me a line if you have any questions, otherwise I'll see what you write here. P.S. I fixed the template you were talking about on the new contributor's help page. Let me know if there are other problems. Dåvid ƒuchs (talk • contribs) 02:16, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Hi PZ - FWIW, anything over about 75 stubs is regarded as a backlog in Category:Stubs. That category is meant to be permanently either empty or as near to empty as possible (it usually has about 5-10 articles in it). Putting up the backlog notice alerts the members of WP:WSS that there is work to be done there (it shows up in their watchlists). Grutness...wha? 05:24, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Unfortunately, due to the way wikipedia is set up, there's no way to make an image a link. By default, clicking on an image brings it up as a source on the upload screen. That's why captions are so important. You can put the links you need in those captions. Otherwise, stuff like image source and stuff are on the image page. I thought about html as a workaround, but the link a href tags are not supported in markup. Dåvid ƒuchs (talk • contribs) 22:11, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
No problem! I knew that information was around so you wouldn't have to do duplicate work! --Stux 01:29, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

Do you play StarCraft? If you do, can you help me a bit with User:Prelate Zeratul/List of units and buildings in StarCraft? It gets a bit tedious when I'm the only person doing the rewrites. Zeratul En Taro Adun!So be it. 19:00, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

Dear Prelate Zeratul,
Thank you for applying for VandalProof! (VP). As you may know, VP is a very powerful program, and in fact the just released 1.3 version has even more power. Because of this we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. The reason for this is that at this time you do not meet the minimum requirement of 250 edits to mainspace articles (see under main here). Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again soon. Thank you for your interest in VandalProof. Prodego talk 23:07, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

As your fairy adopter wikipedian, I should note that micromanagement is already an article, just not in the format you have on your user page. Dåvid Fuchs (talk / contribs) 23:21, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
I used to be a big editor of StarCraft articles at wikipedia, but I haven't edited anything significant for the past few months. One reason I haven't done so is that I've been working on the StarCraft wikia instead.
I noticed you improved/rewrote the StarCraft infobox template here. Cool! I wish I had noticed the changes earlier, as I ended up with something different at the wikia (using brute force/experimentation rather than actual knowledge or skill). It ends up looking almost the same, though.
The StarCraft infobox template seems to allow the use of "optional" entries (eg if you don't know someone's species, you can leave it out). Can you show me how to do that here? Thanks. Kimera757 18:05, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

Hello Zeratul.
WikiProject Strategy games has finished it's first collaboration: Risk (game) (). We are now asking for nominations and input for a new one. Please voice your ideas at the talk page.

I would love to work on a story section for Rakion but do not know how to make a subpage. Will you make it for me, or tell me how? Help would be appreciated. Quatreryukami 03:20, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
Hello Prelate Zeratul.
WikiProject Strategy games finished it's first collaboration on Risk (game). We have voted for possible candidates for the next collaboration, and three finalists have been selected:
If possible, please vote here on which of these articles to collaborate on. Thank you.
I checked the backlog of the edits to the Zerg Brood page and discovered it was you who added the appropriate colour backgrounds to the infoboxes for each Zerg Brood. I was hoping you may be able to tell me how you got the right shades so I can get similar effects for different colours (such as grey, brown and yellow) in other articles. Simple trial-and-error by changing a value here and a value there doesn't really help and I can't find a Wikipedia guideline article for it.
In addition, I see you are the one who brought the SC character template up to its current status. I was hoping you could look at this one I attempted to create for SC factions. I can't see anything wrong with it, but the optional rows are creating a gap at the top of the page, see Terran Confederacy to see what I mean. Any help on this will be appreciated. -- S@bre 14:57, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
Looks good to begin with- however the one crucial element the article is currently missing is what makes it a notable piece of software. If there was a GA or FA class article on software, I guess that would be something interesting to find... as for the Wikiproject, I would check the list of them here and then if there isn't one, try and rouse interests. The bane of any Wikiproject is becoming inactive, so check around the contributions of editors on pages that would be part of the wikiproject, then message them and try and get a group of like-minded editors. If you ever need any help, I'm always here. :) 19:36, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
I see you are still asking for a Wikiproject about malware . Maybe you haven't seen the answer I gave in the 3 places you asked yesterday, so I will copy it once more:
Don't "hmph" me, S@bre and I are trying to increase the quality of the pages, and the current page is an in-universe, unsourced mess. As it is, S@bre and I will be replacing much of the pages (that one included) in time anyway, so in the end most of the data will either be removed or re-written.
I understand why you aren't happy, but in the future, don't be so rude to me. Trust me, I know StarCraft, and it's for the good of the pages. The Clawed One 23:07, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
You said that you are only signed in on this Wiki- but because of your comments, I'm lead to believe you also have a account here as well. I'm jst curious, because I didn't see many starcraftmania editors.K14 14:04, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
