A user, 99.144.168.255 has been creating attack pages on at least 5 wikis:
I am really out of my depth trying to ask admins on those other wikis for help because I dont speak any of those languages and can only recognize the pages as vandalism because of certain words which are the same in every language and because of his editing habits on enwiki, where he is currently blocked (but only for one day). I would like to give the responsibility for handling this vandal to someone who is better able to deal with the problem and if I remember right, you have helped me with a similar situation in the past. One other person in that channel said that he would nominate the pages created by that user on ar.wiki for deletion and try to get him blocked, but some other people disagreed and in any case there is still the problem of all the other wikis. If you cannot help me, please write on my talk page suggesting what I should do next. Note: I also posted this message to Meno25's talkpage, so this message may turn out to be unnecessary depending on when you see it. -- Soap Talk/Contributions 14:00, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
