I liked your merger idea. There are quite a few of these articles. I contacted several editors who work a lot on UU articles a day or so ago to see if we could do something along the same lines (although I did not know about that list). Only one has responded so far. I nom'ed a few of (what I thought were) the cruftier articles for deletion, but there are a lot more that probably don't rate their own articles. I'm not sure how much coverage "Unitarian Universalists for the Ethical Treatment of Animals" should have. JChap2007 02:11, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
Two weeks ago I couldn't even spell administratur and now I are one (in no small part thanks to your support). Now that I checked out those new buttons I realize that I can unleash mutant monsters on unsuspecting articles or summon batteries of laser guns in their defense. The move button has now acquired special powers, and there's even a feature to roll back time. With such awesome new powers at my fingertips I will try to tread lightly to avoid causing irreversible damage and getting into any wheel wars. Thanks again and let me know whenever I can be of use.

I am so embarrassed that I was talking to myself. Thanks for the reply. At first I started to leave my comment (about author Stephen Thanabalan) on the Ellis Paul talk page - would that have been appropriate? I find this whole Talk thing very confusing. I promise I am NOT a moron. :-) I'm going to be enhancicng the Ellis Paul bio and am researching and studying up on Wiki-format. The first thing I noticed was the unverified source. As I said, I'm a librarian by profession, so I understand the importance of citing/verifying references. Thank so much (again). I did print/read the Help page for Talk. I think it's simply going to take some additional experience using Talk until I get the hang of it. Kmzundel 22:39, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
MrFizyx, Thanks for the help on the Ellis Paul page. I wanted to make an internal link for David Wilcox (musician) but could not figure out how to do the disambiguation thing. Help with that would be most appreciated. He's mentioned in the last paragraph of the bio under Current Career. Also....please know that the Ellis Paul article is a work in progress for me. I will be beefing up the other bio sub-sections as time allows. Kind regards, Kmzundel 03:04, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
I guess my edit summary was a bit authoritarian, but it was really just a judgment call rather than any hard-and-fast ruling and I don't have anything against putting both lines there. The thing is that there are only two blue links at Roger Manning (disambiguation) and one red link (with little explanation), so don't the specific link and the disambiguation link amount to the same thing? (Or do people tend to confuse the keyboardist and the anti-folk musician often?) –Unint 01:01, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
MrFizyx, I've requested peer review for my Ellis Paul article. Would appreciate feedback from you at your convenience. Kmzundel 12:39, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
how did you get the thing that says"this user is a passable mandolinist"? Piratebob13 22:56, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
I notice you participated in a prior discussion on the Template talk page for Methodist Colleges. I just posted this on the talk page and hope that you could return.
I discovered two sources listing Methodist colleges and universities the first is the International Association of Methodist-related Schools, Colleges, and Universities (IAMSCU) founded in 1991 which describes its members as Methodist-related schools, colleges, and universities and those with a Methodist tradition from throughout the world. the other is the directory of untied methodist related colleges, from The Untied Methodist Church in the US. Both are from the General Board of Higher Education websites:
From these sources this template seems pretty accurate, however it is missing several universities
- thank you Astuishin 18:00, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
I am satisfied with the additional sources you have added and have changed my vote to Weak Keep. Walton monarchist89 19:48, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the kind words of congratulations. I am thrilled and humbled. Kmzundel 04:38, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
I appreciate the apology. The problem is, I really was being lazy. I saw that there was a badly formatted inline link in the text, and I was too lazy to click on it. But again, thanks for apologizing. :) —Carolfrog 23:27, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
Hey, MrF, I know we've already spoken today, but this is The Official Bubba hotep RfA Thanks section, as promised to all! Thanks very much! Well, there it is. Keep fighting the good fight on the music front. :) Bubba hotep 21:22, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
I saw your comment on the VFD for List of long song titles, and thought you might like to see the old list in table format. I saved it on one of my user pages. --Gbeeker 07:08, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
Mr. Fizyk, I did think that providing a reference would make the stub articles passable until I (or others) had time to really research and add content. Every time I think I have a handle on things, it seems I get my hands smacked. I'm very sorry. I would appreciate your assistance since I have a very full plate right now. Kmzundel 23:52, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
I noted the articles as needing attention today hoping to enlist the help of others. Kmzundel 23:54, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
My mistake, I meant to leave it onto your page instead. Still, it didn't meet the qualications for AIV, and he's involved in an edit war with biochemnick over the content on that page (which seems to extend beyond just removing sourced materials, it doesn't appear that cut and dry). It's a moot point anyway, as the IP vandalized again after final warning and is now blocked. ⇒ SWATJester On Belay! 22:36, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for letting me know. I would have missed it ;) ⇒ SWATJester On Belay! 22:55, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
Hey, you redesigned your UserPage! I like your music intereststs....although I don't see Ellis Paul on your list of favorites. ;-) I'm still pouring through old issues of Dirty Linen, No Depression, and Performing Songwriter in hopes of beefing up the stub articles I started. Hopefully I'll be adding content soon. (Will be seeing Richard Shindell this Friday night!) *swoon* Kmzundel 17:07, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
Hi. I did the Aware list and yes, i was lazy and did it by first name (using Excel). I'll change it, since I just didn't think about the fact that most lists are done by surname.
--lincalinca 06:36, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
I'm very familiar with Rad. I've seen him play with RS once or twice, (RS was solo when I saw him last week) but I've seen Rad play with EP quite a few times - including 4 shows at Club Passim in Boston this past Dec. 30 and 31 and the past several years at the WoodyFest held every July in Okemah, OK. Rad is part of the house band at WoodyFest and everyone, (and I mean everyone) wants him to play with them: Jimmy LaFave, The Burns Sisters, on and on. Fun, fun, fun. Kmzundel 01:37, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
Nice resources page! I'll try to determine if there's others that should be added. Kmzundel 01:37, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot 07:42, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
Hey Mr Fizyx
Thanks for cleaning up my corrections to the Razzy Dazzy Spasm Band post. I wanted to make sure that Tim Germer did not get forgotten. I did not figure I needed a reference, because I was speaking from personal experience. I knew all those guys at Moravian. In fact, by my wikipedia "handle", you might identify me as the source of information for that obscure Moravian College Class Notes that you dug up. I was in touch them all as we were planning our 25th ReUnion, but none could attend.
Mr Fizyx is an interesting handle...do I know you?
Cheers,

I created the article for the IAMSC, I know its been a long time but I've been on a break so have not gotten a around to until now. So far I have only included the US members however I realized that there are over 700 university internationally that are in this organization. In the US there is the another organization called the "National Association of Schools and Colleges of The United Methodist Church", seems to encompass the US colleges. However it does not have a separate website to draw from, and it has been fairly undiscussed. What are your thoughts? - thank you Astuishin 10:14, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
Mr. Fizyk, I added an infobox, diocography and some content to Jimmy LaFave...but still didn't get a Contents box...so I added "Biography" as a section....moving the section break back and forth a couple times...but I don't like how the whole page is displaying. Take a look when you can. Kmzundel 19:18, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
I'm thankful for your joining in the discussion on the OWU talk page. I am one of those people who is critical of this page as it has a definate bias/tilt with numerous sock puppets who only come out when there is something semi-controversial. So don't be surprised if you find yourself a victem of attack as several of us have been! Also, you might want to look up some of the stuff on activism on the talk pages... namely look up the activism 3rd archive and see everything from Activism still needs a lot of work on down (including the review of the end/foot notes which show a history of questionable interpretation on other references.) The article has come a LONG way thanks to the efforts of some, but it does have a few radicals.Balloonman 17:36, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the welcome. I will see what I can find that is published about the Mammals and members, Mike, Ruth and Tao, so that I can use more citations on their pages. If I make any complete errors, please let me know.Cat 15:37, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
I hope that you don't mind me borrowing your rotary telephone tag for my user page. It goes even further than using a typewriter in describing my age. Not necessarily my maturity or political acumen. Although we may disagree on some finer issues, it sounds that we may agree on the overall goals. My advocacy of some compromises don't fully reflect my personal stance, but I see some resolution as better than none. Please take the time to stick with the WP:N discussion. Talk to you soon. --Kevin Murray 23:00, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
See Wikipedia:Templates for deletion/Template:pnc for the discussion, which will certainly spill over into larger issues. Your thoughts would be appreciated. --Kevin Murray 23:05, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
Mr. Fizyk, do you have any idea why my Jimmy LaFave infobox photo is gone? I took that photo and am sure I indicated that I owned it when I uploaded the file. I didn't do anything different on that upload than I did on the Joel Rafael, Sarah Lee Guthrie, and Ellis Paul photos...which were not remeoved. The Jimmy LaFave photo (file) seems to be gone. (And the History page does not show that it was removed.) Kmzundel 00:13, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
Sorry - I misread and missed the grammy. There's no proper references, though, so the information in the articles not yet verified - if you could add some more refrences, etc, that would be great.
The mention of the Grammy's the only assertion of notability at all at pressent. No more bongos 17:01, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
Sorry, I was wrong to tag it. (No more bongos 17:25, 3 May 2007 (UTC))
Hi. You noted at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of songs about weather that you would like the lists userfied if the closing decision was to delete them. I have closed the discussion, deleting 15 lists and retaining 11 lists as "no consensus, relist at discretion". Which of the thus far deleted lists would you like me to userfy? I'd be happy to userfy all 15, but am concerned that the fix-up of so many lists simultaneously could prove overwhelming. However, if you want them, just let me know at my talk page. Cheers, Black Falcon (Talk) 23:23, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
Glad to make the acquaintance... there are a lot of great ideas that are poorly presented, and I like the approach of improving rather than deleting. I was recalling your name as Mr. Fixyz (fix 'is) rather than Mr. Fizyx (physics). The Mr. Mxyzptlk reference is, as DC comics would remind us readers decades ago, to be pronounced "mix-yez-pittle-ik". (Mark Ford, aka Mandsford 12:18, 27 June 2007 (UTC))
I've nominated Dromedary (band), an article you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that Dromedary (band) satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion; I have explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dromedary (band) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Dromedary (band) during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Videmus Omnia 15:33, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
Hey, Mr. Fizyk. Are you going to WoodyFest this year? If so, would like to say 'hey' in person. Kmzundel 14:14, 4 July 2007 (UTC)
There's no need to list that article; I'll delete it since it was included in the nomination. Thanks for the heads up. Sr13 21:10, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
The MfD on all these pages has been closed as keep. --Bduke 11:34, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
Hi, I know you have some history with this article. It's been vandalized again, but I really do not know how to contact an administrator or protect the page. Would you take a look? Thewikichicky —Preceding signed but undated comment was added at 03:54, 4 October 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:Coltrane-Last Trane.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 20:03, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for uploading Image:Coltrane-Last Trane.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 18:58, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
I'm planning to transfer most of the list of songs on your userpage (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:MrFizyx/songs) to my userpage and I'm willing to do my own work on it, plus with willing collaborations. Specifically, the sites under "songs" that are earmarked for deletion.
Please contact me through my user talk page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Ianlopez1115) for further coordination.
MrFizyk, I have a couple questions about Wikipedia that I'd like to ask you offlist. I checked your User page for an e-mail address, but is your User page gone? Anyway, would you please shoot me an e-mail at kmzundelatcomcastdotnet? Thanks! Kmzundel (talk) 16:12, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
I don't know if you remember or not, but you commented on the Soultans article, saying that it might not meet the notability guidelines etc. I've just gone through everything and managed to get a few sources of what their chartings were and which albums they've released (I was surprised to learn they signed up with BMG for an album, but the source doesn't give much info, so I'm unsure if it's true or not, but the source is reliable). Things might not be 100% correct (Due to language barrier of the sites) but I tried my hardest etc. I'll try and see if there's any more info, but it'd be great if you could check it out to see if 1) It does finally meet notability standards and 2) everything seems okay? (It was my first time doing chart tables). Cheers, Spawn Man (talk) 09:19, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
