Thanks for uploading Image:Eurotel Logo.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 19:24, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
Ahoj. Well, generally it is much better to hear it in person and feel that language. It is very difficult to give some hints by the internet. When my Czech friends want to learn something, they always invite me to hospoda and I give them some Polish lessons :). It is interesting that Poles from Poland and Czechs from the Czech Rep. have problem communicating with each other with their respective Slavic languages. They usually speak English. I tried to give some hints by just writing it, once to my friend, and it didn't end good. He messed up the language even more, as he was quite confused. Just be careful with some Polish-Czech wording issues, e.g. děvka and dívka in Czech doesn't equal dziewka and dziwka in Polish. In Polish the meaning of both words is exact opposite. :) However I would be glad to give you some help, when it could be done personally. Maybe you will come back to the Czech Rep.. Thanks for uploading Image:Otherland2.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 20:53, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

Nominating articles for deletion seems rather editorial for one who has decided to retire from editing wikipedia.Zebulin (talk) 21:27, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
the post i made that you brought up to me was pretty uncivil. i usually try to keep it cleaner than that, but sometimes my tongue gets away on me. heat of the moment and all. anyway, thanks for reminding me of the policies. SECProto (talk) 06:08, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for wanting to improve the Chronology template. However, removing a link to a useful article defeats the template's purpose: to help locate disparate articles about time and chronology.
Since Anno Domini and Common Era are separate articles, the template is better served by showing both. If you feel that these articles are redundant, by all means request a merge. Cheers, Yamara 04:22, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
Hello. Sorry to bother you, but I posted the following question at Image_talk:BlankMap-World-Subdivisions.PNG and didn't get a response. Since you seem to be the creator of the image I thought I'd re-post the request here: If anyone still has the original source files for this map, is there any way they could render and upload a higher-resolution version? The higher the better, quite frankly. I do a lot of work with wildlife range maps for Wikipedia articles, and I'm trying to create a single template that will allow me to make range maps for everything from a worldwide species to one that only lives in a single region. Because of that, I need something that shows the political subdivisions (US state lines, Canadian provinces, etc.) but is large enough that I can zoom in and save smaller segments that are still acceptably sharp. Obviously an .svg file would be perfect for that due to the scalability, but a .png would work fine too if it was large enough. Thank you. 'Card (talk) 18:21, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
