Hi there, to stop it turning into an edit-war on the page I thought I'd drop you a line here. There's a note at the bottom of each table that states "Club(s) represents the permanent clubs during the player's time in the Under-21s." Hence why I reverted your changes, as they contradict that line of the article. Personally I have no real preference as to the clubs shown, though loan clubs can make it look messy, and you'd then have to add in Ayr United and Dumbarton to Ross McCrorie's line, along with a bunch of other clubs to players. --Klio654 (talk) 13:45, 22 November 2020 (UTC)

Hello. I made the changes because it is generally known that royal events (weddings, deaths, anniversaries...) influence attitudes toward monarchism and unionism. Also, Scottish political parties have suspended election campaigns for some time after the prince's death.--WEBDuB (talk) 16:39, 9 May 2021 (UTC)

Hi mate. Is there a draft of this page somewhere? It's currently redirecting to the main club page. 1st friendly on Monday so just about time to open it. Just in case as I don't want to create a fresh one if it's ready to go.

Hi, I saw your revert on the flags for the Scotland NT article. I changed a few of the 19c Football World Championship flags to match, but now I'm doubting myself. I fully agree that 2003 is the start date for the official use of the mid-blue, but is there anywhere to state that it should be something else (i.e the light blue) before that? The Flag of Scotland article only confirms that there wasn't an official colour before then. I tried to search on the WikiProject Scotland talk archives using keywords but nothing relevant came up for 'flag', 'saltire' or 'blue'. Vaze50 is correct in their observation that the light blue barely/rarely features on other articles, so if there is a guideline somewhere that the light blue should be used, a concerted effort should be made to standardise ALL articles pre-2003 flag icons with it - to give just one example, at present British Home Championship has only the 'current' blue for Scotland but three different flags for Wales. Alternatively, if it just a matter of aesthetic choice for events pre-2003, I would certainly vote for the mid-blue flag over the light blue, in the Scotland NT article and anywhere else. Hope you can point me in the right direction for how to proceed. Crowsus (talk) 12:51, 5 July 2021 (UTC)

The reason we have opted to change the sentence into "Information correct as of [date]" is to make it so that, once someone updates a national team player's club in the national team current squad section, they would also have to change the date. As of now, we have no way of knowing as of when the clubs are correct. As of the last call up, as of today, as of 1 month ago? See the small footnote here: Players' ages, caps, goals and clubs should be up to date - not as of the squad announcement, as per this discussion. Nehme1499 20:48, 26 July 2021 (UTC)
