I am a horse lover/ sort of geek. I have 3 horses of my own and ride. I ride English and a little bit of western, I jump, as well. I have competed in District and state Horse bowl (nc), and our team won both times. So, ride on fellow horse lover! 😀😄🐴🐎 Kendall Shackelford (talk) 21:04, 29 January 2016 (UTC)

I nominated Naborr for DYK here: Template:Did you know nominations/Naborr. All we have to do is wait and see when it gets reviewed and if the reviewer brings up any issues (they shouldn't, but I have it watchlisted). You and Montanabw are listed as cocontributors and if it gets on the main page you can put the next to it on your userpage. White Arabian Filly (Neigh) 00:32, 12 February 2016 (UTC)
Thanks, I'll tell Montanabw Horsegeek(talk) 00:49, 12 February 2016 (UTC)Horsegeek

Hello! Your submission of Naborr at the Did You Know nominations page has been reviewed, and some issues with it may need to be clarified. Please review the comment(s) underneath your nomination's entry and respond there as soon as possible. Thank you for contributing to Did You Know! SusunW (talk) 19:09, 15 February 2016 (UTC)
On 5 March 2016, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Naborr, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that when Naborr, an Arabian stallion, was imported to America via ship in 1963, the ship ran low on hay and the horse lost 50 pounds (23 kg)? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Naborr. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |

It was not my intention to delete the infobox you added. It was my stupidity. For some reason, when I hit "show preview" and saw the infobox you added, I thought maybe I screwed up the code in the template which is why it didn't show all the information. I just wanted to come by and say thank you for adding it, and that it was my mistake for the inadvertent delete rather than expansion of it. Happy editing!! Atsme📞📧 21:02, 14 March 2016 (UTC)

On 30 March 2016, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Flim Flam (horse), which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. Hope you don't mind that I took a whack at Supreme Sultan. I was going to review it for DYK for you, but saw it had some problems that would work against it passing, so decided to just go in and fix them. I figured out which sources verified what on all but one thing, which still has a [citation needed] tag. I also did some copyediting and fixed assorted content. Feel free to change or discuss anything that didn't work. This is a cool article and definitely a horse that should have a WP article! Hi there! Thanks for joining Wikipedia Asian Month. Here is some information about participating in the event:
Hello, Horsegeek. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)

Hello! Last year, you signed up to participate in Wikipedia Asian Month (WAM) 2016 on the English Wikipedia. The event was an international success, with hundreds of editors creating thousands of articles on Asian topics across dozens of different language versions of Wikipedia.
I'd like to invite you to join us for Wikipedia Asian Month 2017, which once again lasts through the month of November. The goal is for users to create new articles on Asian-related content, each at least 3,000 bytes and 300 words in length. Editors who create at least four articles will receive a Wikipedia Asian Month postcard!
Also be sure to check out the Wikipedia Asian Art Month affiliate event - creating articles on Asian art topics can get you a Metropolitan Museum of Art postcard!
If you're interested, please sign up here for the English Wikipedia. If you are interested in also working on other language editions of Wikipedia, please visit the meta page to see other participating projects. If you have any questions, please visit our talk page.
Thank you!
- User:SuperHamster and User:Titodutta on behalf of The English Wikipedia WAM Team
This will be the last message you receive from the English Wikipedia WAM team for being a 2016 participant. If you sign up for WAM 2017, you will continue receiving periodic updates on the 2017 event.

Hello, Horsegeek. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
If you wish to participate in the 2017 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 3 December 2017 (UTC)

Whack! You've been whacked with a wet trout. Don't take this too seriously. Someone just wants to let you know that you did something silly. |
