Unknown source of File:4 In The Morning.png

I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

Similarily File:Gwen-Stefani-Luxurious-343047.jpg. There is very good reason to stick with 300x300 images when possible, and I think the standard for album and single cover images recommends it as well. Why do you find a 170x148 image preferrable to a 300x300 version? --Amalthea 15:39, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
