Although I am tooj117, I have never vandalized from this account and therfore am not a vandal. This is uncalled for. Anyone can check my edits and if anything is vandalism, i will admit defeat.
Decline reason:

I noticed you are known only as an IP address; that means you are not signed up. To sign up, you only need to click Create account and choose a username and password. You don't need to provide any personal information. If you sign up, you'll have a username that others can use to recognize you and leave you messages on the wiki. You'll be able to sign your name just by typing four tildes (~~~~) when you leave someone else a message. Plus, you (and others) will easily be able to see a list of all your contributions to Wikipedia.

- woops I lost your comment when I edited my page. That's not supposed to happen :D. For your question, to be honest if I were you I'd try to change my username, someone might go too fast if you do a mistake one day. But if you want to keep it, be bold and do that. - mmm I think you should find the answer to your question on Wikipedia:Guide to requests for adminship. I don't know exactly how it works though. Oh by the way, when you answer on someone's talk page, try to use the "+" button at the very top (near "History" "Edit this page"). I have NEVER done any vandalism. I am not a sockpuppet of anyone. This is my only account. I have never even heard of "Tooj117". This is completely uncalled for. I would like an admin to contact me about this ASAP.

- You're either Tooj117 or he's a friend of yours. If you really were a reformed vandal, you would've admitted knowing about Tooj117. An examination of your contributions and the contributions of the other confirmed sockpuppets shows that you set up numerous accounts and created conversations and interactions between those accounts, for what purpose, only you know. Hey James. My name is Gabe. I am Tooj117. Tooj117 was my account. Tooj117 is not just me however. Tooj117 is not just an account, it is a unit of elite trained vandals. My friends Trevor, Jose and Patrick, are all Tooj117. There have been other followers, but I am the creator of Tooj117. I created the original account. I'm impressed that you found me Jamie. - Nice to meet you, Trevor. Good luck in saving up money for that Segway. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of (legal) ways for a 14-year old to make that much money quickly. When you hit 18 (maybe even 16), you could probably spend a summer in Alaska working for the oil or fishing industries. Hard work, but good money.
